Why Choose EOP Real Estate?

Every real estate office claims to put the client first.  We beg to differ.
The larger firms chain their agents to desks and lock them in conference rooms to keep them from servicing the client.  Well, not literally. But they do often distract their agents from effectively representing their clients’ interests by tying their realtors up with sales meetings, desk duty requirements and a myriad of other “responsibilities” that serve the interests of the firm, but not always the interest of the client.

At EOP Real Estate, the interests of and unparalleled service to our clients are our only responsibilities.

Our company mantra of “Preserve, Protect and fulfill our clients’ needs” isn’t simply a catchy slogan; it is the foundation for the relationships we cultivate with our client and our standard operating procedure.
Our staff of professionals are successful realtors who chose to work with us over the larger firms because they share a belief in the simple truth that sales numbers don’t make successful agents, relationships do.
With all of the larger real estate agencies and the thousands of agents working for them, it is hard to find dedicated, focused, and trustworthy realtors who will attend to your real estate needs and not just give you the impression that they will call you when they get around to it.

We prefer to stand by our word and live by our reputation.

Tip of the Day

Research Neighborhoods - When you buy a home, you are buying into the neighborhood around it as well. This has an impact on your quality of life and your property values alike. Do some research to find out which neighborhoods appeal to you the most. Your real estate agent can help you with this process, but it's a good idea to start early.

Start by making a list of neighborhoods in the area where you want to live. After that, you should drive through each neighborhood and see it for yourself. Find out which school district each neighborhood falls into, and research the schools system as well. Keep notes every step of the way -- you might even want to start a house hunting notebook or journal for this purpose.
